What is the difference between a porch pot and a planter subscription?

A porch pot is the arrangement itself. A planter subscription is how often we come back. One porch pot for one season is a one-time seasonal install. A subscription covers four of them a year, spring, summer, fall, and winter, with the previous arrangement removed and hauled away each time.

When do fall and winter porch pots go in?

Fall porch pots go in during September, and winter porch pots go in around mid-November, which is when the real evergreens arrive. Those two windows are our busiest, so we recommend booking two to four weeks ahead to lock in a date.

A planter subscription is a year-round service where we design, install, and maintain the seasonal planters and porch pots at your property. We refresh them four times per year with new plants and designs that match the season.

How long is the subscription commitment?

Subscriptions run for a full year (four seasons). After your first year, subscriptions automatically renew unless you notify us at least 30 days before your renewal date.

During your consultation we will document any requests. From there, our subscribers typically give us the challenge to do what we do best, which is put together beautiful seasonal arrangements for your home. You have final approval on the design.

We monitor plant health during our regular visits and replace any plants that fail to thrive at no additional cost. For planter damage, we'll assess and discuss repair or replacement options.
